Pickleball Weekend at the Big Five Club! 🇨🇺✨

What an amazing day at the St. Timothy’s First Annual Pickleball Classic hosted at the historic Big Five Club in Miami!
A beautiful club with deep roots in the Cuban community since 1967 — and the perfect place for a family-friendly tournament.

We had a great time playing on their multiple pickleball courts and enjoyed the super welcoming atmosphere.

Such a fun and well-organized event. We loved it and can’t wait for the next one!

To make it profitable, you’ll need more than just stall rentals. Offering services like training or horse sales can help offset maintenance costs. On the other hand, clients willing to pay premium rates expect top-tier facilities, including well-maintained arenas and lush paddocks.

Another change? Shorter rental periods are becoming more common, as owners adapt to a slower market and offer more flexible options.

Running a successful horse property involves:

• Proper staffing (including accommodations for grooms)
• Regular facility maintenance
• Manure removal
• Offering additional services like horse show logistics
