Hey 👋🏾 it’s been awhile.. I have been working on strengthening my mental, physical and spiritual self. It’s been a rough couple of months, I lost some close relationships but I’ve had TMH with me thru it all.🙏🏾 I needed a break from all the socials so that I can process and deal with it all. I’m glad I took it. I’m still taking it one day at a time, that’s been my motto lately, “One day at a time”. Day by day I’m getting mentally stronger, and wiser and learning to love all of me. Tmh took his time when he created me and in return, I’m taking time to truly figure out who I am. I was seeking validation from others to make myself feel worthy or important. That’s a sick mindset. No one can make you love yourself. You have to choose you. When most people see me I’m always bussing jokes or laughing but no one truly knows the depression and pain I’ve been enduring. But I’m better than I was a few months, shoot weeks ago, and I will continue to grow into this beautiful goddess that The Most High created me to be.💁🏽♀️ Ladies, gentlemen, you are beautiful just the way you are, inside and out. Do not let society define who you are. Do not let society bring you down. Do not let society take your crown. Know your worth. Then double it. No one can be you, and you can never be anyone else. God took his time creating each and every one of us, he makes no mistakes. Peace & Love 💕
