Last week at the AIM Conference, our team joined multifamily leaders from across the industry to discuss the trends shaping the future of marketing and operations. Conversations throughout the event focused on AI’s growing impact on leasing behavior, evolving digital strategies, operational efficiency, resident expectations, and the connection between marketing performance and NOI.

We were proud to have Heidi Jehlicka and Annika Navac represent Bainbridge on stage, sharing insights on marketing investment, lead quality, operational alignment, and ROI in today’s multifamily landscape.
