🌟CLOSED!!! 🌟. Actually closed two weeks ago.. but I’ve been busy!!!

This one is a good story. Received a call from a seller. Distraught that her home had been on the market for 4 months with no sale. As her current listing agreement was over, she needed an agent who could get things done. 🙋🏻‍♀️. No problem!

I toured the property. There were some very minimal cosmetic changes that would completely change a buyers impression of the property. A little paint, a little elbow grease… and the house toured completely differently.

On my end, when I walked in to preview I saw such an easy and fixable eyesore. Mismatched light bulbs. I bought matching bulbs, did the same light staging that I always do for vacant homes… and viola!!

Same list price as the last listing. Just a new angle. Under contract in 3 weeks.
