I realize I never posted this here. I’ve been too busy!! I’m SO HAPPY to get this one closed for my wonderful seller. We had to navigate some tough twists and turns.. and he always stayed kind. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. It was a great experience… and now he’s smiling ear to ear with all the equity he made!!! 😄

It’s been a GREAT year in business so far! Media might say the market is down… but personal experience is saying otherwise!

This year alone I’ve sold 2 of my listings prior to hitting the market… and a third only active for 36 hours. Multiple new listings are on their way!!

I thoroughly enjoyed this sale! Meeting solely through social media, I got to know a seriously awesome family. As with all my listings, I created an affordable list of tweaks to make to prepare their home for sale. We priced appropriately and were under contract in under 2 days! In a market that is considered to be tough, my sellers are off on their happy way!
