Recently had the opportunity to install Flo by Moen and I normally don't post products but this one is surprisingly good. I have seen a lot of homes with water damage from leaks in walls or burst washing machine lines. Taking control of water usage and being able to shut off water while on vacation or at work when needed could potentially save homeowners from extensive water damage.

Just a quick update, we will not be doing central air inspections unless the temperature is above 65°. We have had quite a few days when temperatures were high enough to run the central air units but due to the possibility of damaging central air units we can not run the system to check it during the winter.
