Do you really need a real estate agent in Austin? 🤷‍♀️

Technically? There’s a lot you can do on your own.

The better question is: how much time do you want to spend figuring out what actually matters? 🧐

Which homes are worth seeing.
Which red flags deserve a closer look.
What’s normal for the Austin market—and what isn’t.
And what details might not be obvious until you’re already under contract. 🫣

That’s where having a knowledgeable agent can make a big difference.

A good Realtor isn’t just there to unlock doors, send you listings, or write an offer.

They’re there to help you make sense of the market, narrow down your options, spot the things you might not know to look for yet (hello, foundation + roof notes 👀), negotiate on your behalf, and keep the process moving when the unexpected inevitably comes up.

There are some homes that make you exhale the second you walk through the door. This is one of them. ✨

I honestly let out a little sigh of relief when I walked into this beautifully remodeled 4 BD | 3 BA | 2,597 SQFT home in the heart of Allandale. It just feels peaceful.

The kitchen is an absolute showstopper, with Old World charm woven into a beautifully updated space. Large windows bring in an abundance of natural light throughout the home, and my favorite ones look out onto the shady, tranquil backyard. It’s the kind of view I could stare at all day. 🌿

There really is no better feeling than handing your clients the keys to their new home. And when those clients are also your friends? Let’s just say there may have been a few happy tears on my part. 🥹❤️

I’m so excited for these two as they start their next chapter in Hyde Park—and I can’t wait to watch them make this house their own. They’re planning some updates along the way, and I already know this home is going to be even more special once they put their stamp on it.
