1st closing of 2025! I met Deana and Jason in the fall and they were determined to find a house in York, walking distance to the beach in time for summer and we did it! They were able to announce the purchase at Christmas and now they have time to make it just how they want in time for summer !

Help Finding Duckie

🚨🦜Possible Duckie Sighting in North Berwick:

A North Berwick resident, who is a birder, called to report she saw a bird/parrot resembling Duckie swoop down and fly over Route 4 near Boulay Farm in North Berwick at approximately 4:30pm today.

Often people think being a realtor is simply showing houses,writing offers, and collecting a check but, more times then not, there are fires to put out along the way while trying to stay calm and not letting the crazy take over. At the end of the day, it’s about keeping the deal together and it’s so worth it to see the smiles on my clients faces when I finally get to hand them keys to their new home 🏡.

Congrats to my buyers who hung in and now get to enjoy their beach house just in time for summer !

We are OPENING in Wells!!!
This will be a SOFT opening, Saturday and Sunday, 9am-2pm. A soft opening means we get a chance to see what we forgot, what we need to work on, how we need to tweak it and you give us a break as we figure it out :) 😂😂

ADUs are one way to help create additional affordable housing in our community, and the Town of Kittery is making it even easier to build one! In addition to the benefits by the town, if a homeowner chooses to rent to a tenant with a housing voucher, the homeowner will receive the incentives offered by Fair Tide’s Landlord Engagement Initiative. Incentives include a sign-on bonus, access to a risk mitigation fund, guaranteed rent with the voucher, and case management/staff support for both the homeowner and tenant. The deadline to apply for the grant program is May 1, 2024.
