We’re seeking someone who is personable, organized, responsive, and genuinely enjoys helping people. This role is perfect for someone who loves the Southern Maine Seacoast and wants to be part of a collaborative, community-focused team.

Our Rental Agents work closely with homeowners and guests to manage long term and seasonal rentals—from marketing properties and coordinating bookings to communicating with guests and ensuring each stay is a great experience.

What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Southern Maine Seacoast, specifically Wells
• Real estate or rental experience is helpful, but the right personality and work ethic matter most
