Beach Dreams Condo Association This page is for the Beach Dreams Condo Association Beach Dreams is a community of seasonal cottages in the picturesque New England community of Wells, Maine.

Our community consists of 229 cottages and year-round townhouses located on US Coastal Route 1 and easily accessible via Interstate 95. Our amenities include a large clubhouse, a fully equipped gym, game arcade, one heated swimming pool, and a hot tub - all of which are accessible to those who frequent our community! Owners can also enjoy the privacy of an owner's - only clubhouse, 2 heated pools, and a hot tub.
