A little late post but it was such a special honor to help some very good friends of mine purchase their first home🏡 🫶🏽✨

31 DAYS OF DISCIPLINE 👀🥳💪🏽🙌🏽🦵🏽🎉❤️‍🔥✨

(I will give credit where it is due! … it’s not my challenge but I am doing it along with and adding my own twist🤩🥳)

LET’S END THE YEAR WITH A 🧨💥
Set your last 31 days of the year with a tone to get started for the NEW YEAR🤩🥂

I started yesterday but you can hop in too! Let’s challenge ourselves to:

1. Read your Bible everyday✝️🫶🏽Let’s celebrate the season 🤩🎄(My husband and I like to read one chapter out of the book we are reading right before bed. It helps us wind down and end our day with gratitude for our Heavenly Father and our marriage❤️)

2. 10k steps a day…you know what to do(walk it out)✨🚶‍♀️👟
(Yesterday I got 19,934 steps in😆)

3. Get in either a workout or some type of body movement a day, even if it’s just a 30 min walk 🤗☺️

4. Prioritize Whole Foods, eat at an 80/20 (80% Whole Foods but still allowing 20% for things like sourdough bread/bagels, protein pasta, etc) 🤩😋

5. No cheat meals ❌🍕🙅‍♀️👎
(With the exception of Christmas/New Years Dinner. For me this also included no alcohol)

We aren’t going to the extreme but just ending the year with gratitude to God✝️ 🙏🏽for all that he has blessed us with and to start the New Year off on the right foot🤩🥂
