🏠 You know how home projects start with “this should be easy”…

…and somehow turn into:

Today at our BNI meeting, we heard from Tomas over at Columbia Construction, and one thing became pretty clear:

Your roof, siding, gutters, and exterior projects are things you want done once and done right.

Because nobody wants to replace a roof twice.
Nobody wants leaking gutters causing bigger problems.
And nobody wants to hire someone who disappears halfway through the job.

🏡 There are a lot of Realtors out there… but not all of them actually make you feel taken care of.

Some just unlock doors.
Some send listings.
And some make the whole process feel like a transaction.

This week in BNI we heard from Aubrey Joy Homes, and what stood out is how much Aubrey focuses on the people side of real estate.

Because buying or selling a home is rarely just about square footage.

It’s:
• growing a family
• starting over
• relocating
• upgrading
• downsizing
• chasing a better future

And those are big life moments.

Aubrey brings a ton of local knowledge to the Wenatchee market, but what really seems to set her apart is the energy and care she brings into helping clients feel confident through the process.

🚨 Here’s something nobody tells you about water damage…

The water is usually not the worst part.

💡 Unpopular opinion… most people are either overpaying for insurance or undercovered.

🔨 Let’s be honest… finding a good contractor is stressful.

You get a quote…
Then another…
Then you’re wondering:
