SADDLE ROCK ACCESS // Beginning September 8, trail users at the southern Saddle Rock trailhead may experience up to 20-minute traffic delays and water services will be temporarily unavailable. Chelan PUD contractors will work to replace a water main along Circle Street in Wenatchee. Construction will occur Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. for approximately three weeks.

ACCESO A SADDLE ROCK // A partir del 8 de septiembre, en el sendero Saddle Rock, se llevará a cabo un proyecto reparación. Debido a esto, el servicio de agua no estará disponible temporalmente. También se esperan demoras de trafico de hasta 20 minutos. Un contratista del PUD remplazará le tubería principal del servicio de agua en Circle Street en Wenatchee. Las horas de construcción serán de lunes a jueves de 6 a.m. a 6 p.m. por aproximadamente 3 semanas.

Good news! Chelan PUD residential customers can soon apply for a cash-back rebate to help with the replacement of any type of double pane windows — including vinyl, wood, and insulated glass units. This is in addition to our current rebates for single pane windows.

✔️ Eligible for windows installed on or after July 1, 2025
✔️ Rebate applications open April 1, 2026
✔️ Rebate amount will be announced soon
✔️ New windows must have a U-factor rating of 0.30 or lower

I posted this on my personal page and thought I better work on this page. My friend Hassan and Lacy I’ve been under contract on this Home, which will be closing soon. I was so thrilled that they were proactive and jumped on all the little projects I suggested to Make their home just a little more inviting. Have it pending in the first day and a good bit over asking. The sad part is they’ve moved away. The great part is they did very well on the sale of their home. Thanks so much you two.
