My Realtor Wish 💭
I wish more buyers knew they do NOT need to have everything perfectly figured out before starting the process 🤍🏡
So many people wait YEARS because they think:
their credit isn’t good enough,
they need 20% down,
rates have to be perfect,
or they’re somehow “behind” in life.
Meanwhile… they could’ve been building a plan the entire time.
That’s honestly why I love educating buyers so much.
Because sometimes people don’t need pressure.
They just need clarity.
A conversation.
A strategy.
A roadmap.
And honestly?
Watching someone realize homeownership might actually be possible for them is one of the best parts of this job 🤍
One thing many buyers underestimate is how many expensive mistakes can happen during the process without the right guidance:
• Choosing the wrong lender
• Overpaying for a home
• Waiving the wrong contingencies
• Missing red flags during inspections
• Getting emotionally attached too quickly
• Not understanding negotiations
That’s where experience REALLY matters.
As a Realtor in Seattle and Central Washington, one of my biggest goals is helping clients feel educated, protected, calm, and confident through the process.
