Rural home sales have never been so high

Rural Properties Hit an All-Time High

Buyer demand for rural properties has never been higher. This is coming in part due to COVID-19.

Local and out of town buyers from around the country including Seattle and Califonia are making offers on rural homes at a higher rate then we have ever experienced.

Most of the buyers are choosing what home to purchase online before ever setting foot in the door.

This is not trivial or an exaggeration. We started working with Scott and Jessica about a month ago to prepare their East Wenatchee home on 5 acres for sale. Knowing that our advanced video marketing can reach not just in town buyers but, out of town buyers we priced to maximize their equity when it sold.

After exposing their home to the entire marketplace which now includes the entire United States we have multiple offers all of which are fighting to give the seller the best price and terms for their situation.

I know that is not shocking. We hear real estate agents all the time talk about how hot a market is and how fast homes sell...

There has never been a better time to sell in NCW because of COVID-19.

There is a catch.

The catch is the economy is terrible. There is no way around it. Everyone has been affected by COVID-19 and the repercussions will last years.

When the quarantine is lifted there will be a flood of homeowners putting their home for sale. This will drive up inventory and could lower prices.
