It's hard to believe it's been nearly a year since the catastrophic flood that devastated the Midtown-Halbert building.

Over the past several months, we've worked through cleanup, demolition, reconstruction, and a very long insurance process (which is still ongoing). We're finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

In June, we began welcoming our basement tenants back into their restored spaces. We're grateful for the patience and support they have shown throughout this process. If you have the opportunity, please stop in, book a service, make an appointment, or simply give them a follow.

Our final phase of reconstruction is the Serve Wenatchee space. Thanks to the generosity of our community, they're not only rebuilding—they're also expanding to create an even better space to serve the valley. Construction is expected to be completed this October or November, marking the final stage of our reconstruction.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the past year. We’re looking forward to completing this final phase and seeing the Midtown-Halbert building fully restored.

Tucked inside the Midtown Building, this 1,000 SF suite features 20-foot ceilings, creating a bright and open feel, along with a staircase leading to a mezzanine that overlooks the main floor—perfect for a mix of workspace, studio, or office use. The suite is accessible by elevator for added convenience.

Building amenities include:
• Two-level parking garage with customer parking and assigned tenant stalls
• Convenient downtown location

The space is currently painted pale pink, but we’re happy to provide a painting allowance so you can make it your own.
