In Search of a Home.

I have clients with a heavy family connection to Lake Waccamaw in search of a home in the Lake Shore Drive area. A vacant lot for building a home is also an option that will be considered. A property with water access is desired and a property in an area with community pier access is great (Sutton Place, McRae Woods, etc). 3 plus bedrooms desired.

As of today 6/12/26, publicly advertised available properties for sale have been considered and do not fit the “forever” vibe desired by the clients.
