This one started with a message on social media. She reached out saying she needed a realtor to help her find her an investment property.
The entire process took just 2 months!
We found the one, and everything was moving along until right before closing when her lender she was using wasnโ€™t able to get us to the finish line.

My relocation buyer from Brooklyn, New York reached out to me through social media after struggling to connect with multiple other agents. She told me communication was a huge issue and responses took way too long.
