Hoy se cumplen 6 años de un momento que parecia el final , que simplemente cambió mi vida y me hizo renacer. 💛❤️🤍

El 18 de febrero de 2020, tras una caída a la que no le di importancia, terminé en una operación de emergencia. Lo que parecía algo simple se convirtió en más de 8 horas de cirugía y en una lesión grave en mi columna. Al despertar, no sentía nada desde el busto hacia abajo. No podía moverme, caminar ni valerme por mí misma.

Me dijeron que quizá no volvería a caminar sin ayuda. Y ahí empezó lo más duro: volver a empezar desde cero. Fue un año de pruebas, complicaciones, más operaciones y aislamiento en plena pandemia. Estuve al límite… pero no me rendí.

Hoy me elijo: por donde estoy y por quien soy.
Paso a paso, momento a momento, porque somos instantes… y en instantes todo puede cambiar.

Me reconstruí porque creí en mí y en mi capacidad. Recuperé mi fuerza, mi fe, mi poder interior. Aún tengo mis días, sí, pero cada día estoy mejor y sigo avanzando.

Hoy vivo el momento y suelto el miedo.
Fluyo y confío.
✨ Yo soy bendecida. ✨

Y si alguien está leyendo esto y siente que ya no puede más: NO TE RINDAS. Siempre hay solución, aunque hoy no la veas. Todo tiene una razón. Si toca levantarse una y otra vez… se hace. Sí se puede!! 💪🏻💪🏻

Inmensamente agradecida por todos los que de una manera u otra estuvieron, a los que aun están y no me sueltan y a quienes me sostuvieron cuando yo no podía.

Hoy vivo agradecida.
Hoy vivo desde el amor.
Hoy vivo mi momento presente.
Hoy fluyo y confio.
