About Me

Born of a Nicaraguan Central American mother and an Alabama bred native father who proudly served in the U.S. Army during WWII, I am a homegrown Tampa native. I have seen this city grow from the humble beginnings of Ybor City to the famous pink Don Cesar hotel in St. Petersburg. Let's not forget the beautiful sun-kissed beaches with the beautiful sunsets ablaze with the splendor of beauty that I have known and loved to relax in and play in with my family. As my parents, many are called to live here because of the carefree lifestyle, endless activities and events that Tampa Bay offers.

I attended Hillsborough county public schools and went on to Tampa Metropolitan College and the University of Florida earning a Bachelors degree in Business Administration as summa cm laude. After graduation, I began a career in the telecommunications arena in management. I served, trained, mentored, developed and managed general and specialty teams in customer service to deliver superior quality and service to our valued customer base. After 34 years of service, I retired to try my hand at a career I had longed desired to pursue because of a passion to always make my home a comfortable place to entertain. It is this passion that began my investor experience, locating distressed properties, managing rehab projects from start to finish on budget and marketing properties to achieve quick closings. I also negotiated with sellers and buyers with the goal of maximizing the Return on Investment (ROI) throughout the Tampa Bay area. I have a unique perspective on understanding the needs of buyers, sellers and investors and leverage my experience and education to make your dreams and investment goals materialize quickly.

I am the mother of three daughters, one son and eleven grandchildren. I love spending time with them and traveling to and experiencing undiscovered places and different cultures. I love being outside (after all, this is the Sunshine State!), gardening, fishing, going to the beach, hiking to name a few. Community service is near and dear to my heart and I participate in charitable events whenever possible. I am also a proud member of "The Oasis" Church which funds and supports many charitable events throughout the community. We feed not only the belly but the soul.

All of my experience has prepared me well to discover and meet the needs of my clients. Through patience, empathy, listening, mathematical skills, knowledge of the mortgage industry, and organizational skills, I am the real estate professional you have been looking for.
