Making lifelong connections, helping people during major life decisions and being there for them all the way! This client had multiple other Realtors tell them their home was worth less. 🏡 It’s Official… My clients are Florida homeowners! 🎉

This journey started with a contingency that allowed us to secure a home for my buyers before it was gone. It was the last one of its kind available, with the next opportunity not expected for another 3–5 months!

Because they got in early, they were able to choose colors, personalize some design features, and watch their dream home come to life from the ground up. There’s nothing quite like getting the keys to a brand-new home that was built just for you!

This is also a great reminder of why having the right Realtor by your side matters. Working with an experienced agent who understands builders, contracts, negotiations, and timelines can make all the difference—and in most cases, builder representation doesn’t cost the buyer anything extra.

Today was an exciting day! My client has been in our country for only 3 years and she was able to obtain the dream of home ownership!!
We had obstacles in our way and I was able to help her navigate through issues we didn’t create - just worked hard to fix. 👩‍🔧Not every transaction is easy. Some have obstacles that you find along the way. This one more than others… My job is to be a resource, ask questions and find out answers for my clients and lead & guide them to their goals! Happy Closing Day to this adorable family! I started working with them about 2 years ago when they were referred by one of my long term clients.🩷They weren’t quite ready to purchase then…but this year their lease was close to ending and we started looking again. New Construction deals are great right now! We found a builder that paid all closing costs and they even walked away with a super low interest rate. While they were deciding what to do this home even got reduced in price again because it was almost completed! And we worked fast to get this one under contract first! I’m so excited for their family to have a beautiful space to call their own! 🏠🌻🩷
