Happy Closing Day to this adorable family! I started working with them about 2 years ago when they were referred by one of my long term clients.🩷They weren’t quite ready to purchase then…but this year their lease was close to ending and we started looking again. New Construction deals are great right now! We found a builder that paid all closing costs and they even walked away with a super low interest rate. While they were deciding what to do this home even got reduced in price again because it was almost completed! And we worked fast to get this one under contract first! I’m so excited for their family to have a beautiful space to call their own! 🏠🌻🩷

Watching your brand new 🏠being built and seeing how it’s built is very rewarding🤩! You can see what’s inside the walls. How the home is built. And why certain things are the way they are. Today my clients and I attended the framing walk through and had their own private inspector check everything out prior to insulation and drywall going into their beautiful home! We even picked out the exterior colors! We’ve got a few months of built time to go but everything is looking great so far!

⭐️It’s New Home Orientation Day!!! ⭐️What does that mean? When building a new home the builder will walk you through all of the systems in the 🏠& give you basic maintenance info & tell you how things work & operate.
It’s also what I call “The Blue Tape Walk”! My clients typically opt to have a home🏠🔎 inspection before this (and I always reccommend it!) We notate anything found on the inspection and I help walk around the house with my clients, walk through and notate anything that may have a flaw, drywall or paint touch up or repair needed. So we can get it fixed before closing day!
