The June housing🏡 market in our area continues to look strong. Closed sales were up 7% from last year, and pending sales jumped more than 30%, which tells us buyers are still out there and ready to make a move. We're finally seeing a few more homes come on the market, with inventory up⬆️ 8.6%, giving buyers a little more to choose from. Home prices are still increasing too, with the median price now at $400,000—about 5.3% higher than this time last year. Even with more homes available, properties are still selling fast, averaging just 19 days on the market.
