When it comes to a proper evaluation on an insurance loss recovery, it is vital to your project that someone understands the entire process.
I have worked in the construction field for almost 20 years learning all aspects of the new construction and reconstruction process of the building industry. Through persistance of industry education i have a unique experience to offer on all your insurance claim needs.

This week we are in Dallas TX learning the insurance accepted standards for the estimating process.

How this is affects our clients needs:

From my experience in the insurance loss recovery process, I have encountered hundreds of insurance claims "adjusters". Just like any profession you have the Good the Bad and the Untrained.

The Good adjusters want to help the policy holders (our customers) as much as they can and write estimates to the best of their abilities.

The Bad adjusters do a "burn and turn" which means they quickly estimate your project and do not take the time to document everything that has been lost.

The Untrained category describes a very high % of all adjusters good and bad. Most adjusters are trained by insurance companies with bad habits that do not allow for a properly conducted evaluation. They are assigned too many claims and not enough time to dedicate to you and your loss. Then they are turned over to desk adjusters who have never been in the field.

Unfortunately most adjusters have never learned the process of building and do not understand what it takes to bring a project back to the standards of pre-loss condition.

Ultimately this mediocre accepted standards throughout the insurance industry has a negative affect on the property owner if they do not have the proper representation when working through the process of an insurance claim.
