Since I was out last week I reran the numbers from 6/17-6/23. Washington county was over 104% sales price to list price and Ozaukee was at 102%. This past week Washington county had an uptick in the number of closings and still had over 102% sale to list, Ozaukee county was at 101%. Average amounts over asking price are rising. Washington county is 10K over asking and Ozaukee County is 33K over asking. Good time to be a seller, not so much a buyer especially with interest rates approaching 5%. Reach out to me today if you need any help buying or selling.
