How is it June 15th already?

This week brings us 128 active listings for Washington County. The lower price ranges are still fairly strong BUT we are starting to see a little higher days on market and some price changes happening.

There are currently 27 listings on the market OVER a million dollars. That isn't something we've seen for a while, as typically the highest volume of listings is between that $550,000 - $750,000 range.

What does this mean to you? STRATEGY is more important than EVER if you're thinking of selling. With so many choices becoming available, you need an experienced agent who has a PLAN in place before your home even hits the market. If this is you, then you're in the right place.
