The Grafton housing market remained competitive through June, with buyers continuing to move quickly on well-priced homes.

The Richfield housing market remained active throughout May, with buyer demand continuing to absorb much of the available inventory.

Fifteen homes sold during the month, matching the 15 new listings that came to market. Meanwhile, just 14 homes were actively available for sale, resulting in less than one month of housing supply. Homes also sold for an average of 100.01% of their asking price during May, while the average days on market dropped to just 10 days.

These numbers suggest that well-prepared and appropriately priced homes continue to attract strong interest from buyers.

Richfield remains a special place to call home, offering spacious properties, natural beauty, and a quieter pace of life that continues to appeal to many buyers.

The Washington County housing market has continued to stay active this spring, with buyer demand remaining steady even as inventory has started improving modestly compared to earlier in the year.

Homes that are priced appropriately and presented well are still moving quickly once they hit the market. Buyers also continue responding strongly to homes that feel clean, updated, and move-in ready.

As more buyers begin touring homes this time of year, simple things like natural airflow, cleanliness, and a fresh atmosphere can help create a stronger first impression during showings.

The Richfield housing market continued showing steady activity through April as we move further into the spring season.

Inventory has started increasing slightly compared to earlier in the year, although overall supply remains relatively limited. Homes that are priced appropriately and presented well are still attracting strong buyer interest.

One thing sellers sometimes overlook this time of year is how a home feels to move through during a showing. Small adjustments like opening up walkways or removing extra furniture can make spaces feel noticeably more comfortable and inviting.
