The Washington County housing market has continued to stay active this spring, with buyer demand remaining steady even as inventory has started improving modestly compared to earlier in the year.

Homes that are priced appropriately and presented well are still moving quickly once they hit the market. Buyers also continue responding strongly to homes that feel clean, updated, and move-in ready.

As more buyers begin touring homes this time of year, simple things like natural airflow, cleanliness, and a fresh atmosphere can help create a stronger first impression during showings.

The Richfield housing market continued showing steady activity through April as we move further into the spring season.

Inventory has started increasing slightly compared to earlier in the year, although overall supply remains relatively limited. Homes that are priced appropriately and presented well are still attracting strong buyer interest.

One thing sellers sometimes overlook this time of year is how a home feels to move through during a showing. Small adjustments like opening up walkways or removing extra furniture can make spaces feel noticeably more comfortable and inviting.

The April housing market in Cedarburg remained active, with inventory beginning to increase slightly as more homes entered the market this spring.

Average days on market increased slightly to 23 days in April, while inventory rose to 32 homes for sale and 2.29 months of supply. Even with more options becoming available, homes that are priced and presented well are still attracting strong buyer interest and selling above asking on average.

Spring is starting to show up around Mequon, and the housing market is moving with it.

Inventory is still relatively tight, with just over a month of supply available. Homes that are priced and presented well are continuing to move quickly, often right around or slightly above asking price.

At the same time, buyers aren’t stretching the way they were a few years ago. Condition, pricing, and presentation upfront are playing a bigger role in how a home performs.

Overall, it’s still a competitive market, especially with the limited number of homes available.
