Air conditioning tip-

A small overlooked home maintenance item is the insulation on the refrigerant line of an air condition unit. It is important that it is intact and in place.

Roof tip-

The goal of every roof- even a “flat roof”- is to shed water as fast as possible.
Water that sits (ponds) is water that is looking for a way in.
A little ponding after a heavy rain is normal but standing water that sits for days is not.
