Nice job this afternoon, Redford Civic Symphony Orchestra with conductor Jeremy Duby. Unfortunately, it is his last concert, and we will miss him introducing the pieces and his conducting.

Back to work tomorrow.

It was great helping a previous client for a third time with her mother. We moved her to Independent Living, Assisted Living, and then, unfortunately, the clean-out. She passed away just shy of 99. I am honored when someone calls a second time, and a third makes me feel extra special. Always glad to be of service.

We often think about home safety for older adults, but in reality, we all need our homes to be safe. Therefore, rethink temporary fixes such as quick patches. A lifted corner of a rug can be a falling hazard, so a permanent fix is best. Putting “night lights” around the home will help in dark days – especially when it rains a lot and the sun does not come out, which is how much of this past week has been. Lighting stairways is important as well, so perhaps take time today and do a “safety check” of your home an fix things to make it safer.

Congratulations to everyone involved with the Artemis II moon mission. It really proves how much trust and detail with planning and ex*****on go into a Project this huge! Teamwork at its finest!

I thought the work I do is detailed, but.... nothing on this scale. 😀

It was so great watching the re-entry and splash down. It was far different than the "old days" when the Apollo capsules would land in the ocean. I just LOVED watching all of it and am exciting to see the Astronauts reunite with their families in Houston today.

I am thankful to be celebrating 25 years of being in business this month. Looking back, we have helped many individuals, families, and seniors simplify their lives and move. I am thankful to all of those that have helped me along the way. Looking forward to continuing the ride and helping many more. I am truly blessed.
