Although interest rates have been climbing recently, home prices have leveled off and are even starting to come down a bit. So, if you’re a seller now is an excellent time to get your house on the market because prices are not going higher anytime soon and the only direction they could go in the foreseeable future, or for at least the next couple years would be down. If you’re a buyer, it’s also an excellent time to find your new home before interest rates go even higher and now that there is not as much competition for each home you may be interested in. Your house is worth more than you think! Inventory levels are very low and buyers are willing to pay more than you could imagine to purchase the homes they want.
