One thing I love about real estate is that no two clients—and no two days—are ever the same.
This weekend started at my listing, 371 Lancaster St #3 in West Boylston, now with a NEW PRICE of $349,900. After the open house (and a quick stop to admire the horses on Lancaster Street 🐴), I headed over to cover my coworker Maria's open house at 14 Angell Brook #14 in West Boylston, listed at $619,900.
There, I met buyers who aren't currently represented and had the opportunity to begin helping them navigate their next move. We're already discussing the sale of their home in Abington and what comes next.
Meanwhile, 43 Allen Street in Gardner is back under agreement. If that house could talk, it would have stories to tell! 😂 This market is moving fast, and we're looking forward to inspections and hopefully getting everyone one step closer to their goals.
