Hello family, friends, and clients!

No lack of love, I just missed mailing holiday cards this year! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday, celebrating with good, warm food and lots of love. I'm sending my warmest, most encouraging thoughts to you all for 2026.

As some (or many) of y'all know, when I'm not helping my wonderful clients buy or sell their homes, I substitute teach at Fort Madison Elementary School! Turns out I really enjoy it! The week before Winter Break, I started a Long Term Assignment for a teacher on maternity leave. That led straight into preparing for Christmas and all that entails. We rush around and are the busiest we've been all year, all while trying not to stress ~too~ much so we can slow down and enjoy our time at home with loved ones....so the cards just didn't happen 🤷‍♀️

I'm sure 2026 will have big new things in store for us all. Next year, I encourage you all to try to slow down, be less obligated and more invested in those and the things you love, be open to learning and being bad at things; new opportunities are always there if you're open and willing to look silly.

As always, I look forward to helping many new and old clients buy and sell their homes in 2026. This year I was able to work with some truly awesome people purchase or sell their homes - I couldn't be more grateful! YOU are the reason I do this! If you know me and know someone who might be buying or selling in 2026, don't be shy - I've met some of my absolute favorite clients through word-of-mouth referrals from my friends and family!
