They say you don’t have favorite clients, just clients that are near and dear to you. All of my clients are my favorites for their own reasons. This last closing… was exactly how it was supposed to be. My clients were originally supposed to close in July, unfortunately (fortunately) the deal got terminated and they were devastated. Our loan officer sent us on our search again with some encouraging words. He said I guarantee you guys will find something bigger, nicer and less expensive. It was something he spoke and it was written. My clients found a home that was bigger and suited their needs and checked off every one of their boxes! Their interest rate was even lower than the home they were going to close on in July even amidst rising interest rates! My clients are head over heels in love with their home and I’m so happy to have been able to help them find it! Thank you Addison and Nick!

I love all of my clients! This particular client I got by just “being nosey” 🤣 dropping off my baby to school one day and I just happen to see realtor.com up on her screen. Her personality is so bubbly and I’m so happy that I was able to help her find her home! She was able to secure a newly constructed home, all while walking into EQUITY! This market is certainly challenging and ever changing. This month has been definitely interesting to say the least!
