What a better way to spend National Happy Hour Day than by having an evening networking with some of the region’s top professionals. Last month, I attended the MBA Annual President’s Banquet. I was as bubbly as my happy hour prosecco running into friends and community staples, Theresa Sirani and Dottie Hacket Cole of COS@Work. The event’s Keynote Speaker, Sports Broadcast legend Michael Barkann, was the peak of the evening. It’s always great to make lasting connections, one handshake at a time. Thank you, MBA, for an incredible and unforgettable evening.

New Home buyers Katharina and Claire sure got a sweet deal on National Candy Day! Their Realtor, Mike Risser of Tesla Realty Group, brought the M&M’s: Marvelous and Magnificent. Sellers, Harry and Karen sold their house with a skittle help from Listing Agent Brian Kelly of Kelly Real Estate. Everyone worked together to make sure settlement went through without a Crunch. On Friday, Heritage Land Transfer was able to roll up our sleeves and help new home buyers, Keith and Grace, on Extra Mile Day. Their realtor, Kimberly Razzano of Compass Real Estate, went to great lengths to help her clients find the perfect house. Listing Agents Jamie McQuaid and Angel Harrison of Exp Realty bent over backwards helping their sellers get the best deal. It was all treats and no tricks for John and Joseph of 312 Highland LLC on Halloween as they purchased their next project! For seller, Nancy, we gave her pumpkin to talk about! There was no mischief for Emily when she bought her new home on Mischief Night. Realtor, Leanne Hirsch of Keller Williams Empower, helped Emily make sure there were no shenanigans and got her client a great new home.
