I can’t believe this time last year we were wrapping up renovations on our new home & getting ready to move! 🛠️🚚

As a mom, I know moving can seem intimidating for a family with little kids. In the next few weeks I’ll be posting about what helped my daughter adjust during our move! 🏠

These buyers are proof that the market is normalizing! 👏🏼 Has anyone told you it’s a bad time to buy right now? They probably don’t know the benefits of buying during a shifting market. These buyers got this house $15,000.00 UNDER asking price💰, with a seller assist 💰, using an FHA loan 💰, AND the sellers did thousands💰 worth of repairs prior to settlement! This is something we would have never seen with last years interest rates!

I wanted to share RE/MAX Town & Country’s current fundraiser in the spirit of Giving Tuesday 🎁 We are collecting non-perishable food & household items for The Lord’s Pantry in Downingtown!

The Lord’s Pantry provides food & other essential items to families in need! Their most requested items are coffee, juice, pasta, rice, broth, canned vegetables, canned soup, paper towels, and toilet paper. It’s also a great organization to volunteer at!
