Well, it’s Monday, and apparently I have to go back to being a REALTOR® instead of a professional Cincinnati goofball.
But first, one more HUGE thank you to everyone who made this weekend’s The ’Nati Know-It-All another sellout (that was number 6!)
Here’s Steve and me hanging out with two Cincinnati legends: our fantastic guest, historian and author Greg Hand, and the one and only Mr. Cincinnati, Jim Tarbell! Not bad company!
What a ridiculous weekend! Great people, lots of laughs, a fiercely competitive kazoo challenge, and a Pulp Fiction dance-off that probably should’ve required a liability waiver.
Steve and I are so thankful for the incredible number of friends who show up, participate, spread the word, and support this crazy idea of ours. It’s become something pretty special, and that’s entirely because of you folks.
And a HUGE thanks to our wonderful sponsors, American Legacy Tours, Luminate, Pivot Realty Group, and Inhailer, CincyBuild , who help us give away some pretty great prizes and keep the silliness going!
Anyway, it’s back to the real estate world for me this week. I’ve got a couple of buyers I’m I’m not going to stop until I find homes for, and please note despite all the gloomy national headlines, there are some really great opportunities out there. …only If you’re curious about what’s happening in this ever-changing market and where the edge is going to, I’m always happy to grab a coffee and compare notes.
But mostly, today I’m just feeling grateful for all the good people who make Cincinnati such a fun place to call home.
Now, back to work. Apparently, kazoo competitions don’t pay the bills.
Happy Monday, everybody!
