Some transactions stay with you for reasons that have very little to do with real estate.

I lost my dog at the beginning of this year. Not long after, these buyers went through the same thing. It was something none of us wanted to have in common, but it created a connection I will never forget. I understood what they were going through, and they understood me.

What makes this one even more meaningful is how our relationship started. They were referred to me by one of their family members, and I have had the privilege of helping several members of their family with real estate over the years.

At some point, they stop being clients.

They are family.

I am incredibly grateful for the trust this family has placed in me over the years, and especially grateful that I had the opportunity to help these two with their next chapter.

One of my favorite parts of being a Realtor is when helping one client turns into helping an entire family.

I first had the opportunity to work with members of this family last year, and recently I was honored to help them buy their dream home while also selling their rowhome in Drexel Hill.

The sale side was especially exciting. We received multiple offers and had the home under contract in just 4 days.

Real estate can be stressful, but my goal is always the same: communicate, be available, and help my clients make informed decisions from start to finish.

Reviews like this mean a lot because they remind me why I do this in the first place.

Some transactions stick with you.

I met Katie years ago at Immaculata University, and in 2020 I had the privilege of helping her purchase her first home. At the time, she was working long hours in the medical field during the height of the pandemic.

Fast forward to today. She's married, has a beautiful family, and just purchased a single family home in West Chester.

If I am being honest, there were moments when we questioned whether it was possible. Inventory was tight, buyers were waiving inspections and appraisals, and we found ourselves looking farther and farther from West Chester.

Then a home hit the market that I almost didn't suggest. Something told me it was worth a look.

Not only did they get the house, but they were also able to have an inspection and learn exactly what they were buying. In today's market, that's a big deal.

Watching someone go from buying their first home to finding the place where they will raise their family is one of the most rewarding parts of this business.

Yesterday was settlement day.

This home went under contract after just ๐Ÿ ๐๐š๐ฒ ๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฆ๐š๐ซ๐ค๐ž๐ญ, but that is not what I will remember most.

What I will remember is hearing the excitement and relief in my seller's voice. Selling a home filled with years of memories is not easy, especially when it marks the beginning of a major life change.

The process was exactly how real estate should be.

One thing I never take for granted is the trust people place in me during one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

I recently received this review from a client after helping sell their home in Spring City, and it means a lot to me.
