The buyer didn’t have to attend closing. He had already wired his money and signed his documents. The title company didn’t have to send the closer to Bob Evans Lebanon to spare the seller from a long drive from his home, next door to the vacant, 2-acre lot being sold.

But, Lawyer’s Title did it anyway. And although he was working, the buyer stopped in, just to shake my seller-client’s hand. Thank you everyone for being the stellar people who I have had the honor to work with. And congratulations to the new neighbors — Jeff and Tim and family!
