The fall market is moving — and there are opportunities on both sides of the transaction.
Hamilton County: Inventory climbed to 1,680 active listings (+3%), while pending sales increased to 166 (+14%) and closings rose 4%. With homes averaging 35 days on market, buyers have more options while sellers still have active buyers to reach.
Butler & Warren Counties: Inventory grew to 1,165 active listings (+1%). Pending sales ticked up 2%, while closings jumped 46% to 95. Homes are averaging 34 days on market.
For Buyers: More inventory means more choices and potentially more negotiating room.
For Sellers: Buyers are still making moves, but pricing and presentation are key to standing out as inventory grows.
