Susan Stevenson is the Vice President of the National Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) Division and a Partners Coaching Partners (P*P) Program Coach for Union Home Mortgage. Throughout her 25 years in the mortgage industry, she’s been an integral component in developing and implementing the company’s successful LOA program across the country – with team collaboration and communication at the forefront. With nearly two decades under her belt at Union Home Mortgage, Stevenson has inspired and nurtured leaders in the organization, from branch and regional managers to senior leadership team members. Her philosophy for leadership is inspired by John Maxwell, “Leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less.” Her enthusiasm to help others see the possibilities in the world is matched only by her desire to lift others and create future leaders. In addition to her dedication to Union Home Mortgage, Susan and her husband John have devoted over 20 years to fostering dogs. Together they help the dogs heal and become socialized so they can find their forever home. Due to the Stevenson’s efforts, hundreds of dogs have found wonderful homes.
