When it comes to listing a home it really is more than just listing it on the MLS. You want to make sure that your agent is giving you the most exposure for your listing. Below are stats from my other page that I run and stats from Zillow. I have 3x the engagement than Zillow, and this is all done organically, no boosted ads or anything.

And today, this house has settled and sold. This house was only on the market for two days before going under contract and even went over asking price. I appreciate the owners for trusting me in the process of selling their home. Inventory is still very low, so if you are considering selling let me know.

I want you to know a little secret! DEALS CAN HAPPEN NOW! I have been looking for a year for my clients and we have been all over the place in Chester County. Well, we finally found the one out here, and guess what. We didn't pay full price. When a house sits for about two weeks and isn't under contract, I'm ready to offer LOW on the asking price. We started with a real low offer to get the ball rolling after it sat for a couple weeks, and after almost two weeks, we got them down $40,000 from their asking price.

This shows, just make an offer. Worst case scenario they say no. Stop sitting on the sidelines if you're waiting for rates to drop. That would be the wrong move.

Congratulations to my clients that finally went to settlement yesterday on this beautiful home in a great neighborhood! When I stepped into the home, I knew this was the one when I watched their reactions. This was definitely their dream home.

And here we have another one sold. This one was a nice story with a sons father helping out his son, wife and grandson by finding them a place to stay. It may need a little updating but it will come out nice in the end when they are done with it.

This one went to settlement yesterday. This will be the perfect situation for the new folks that will be staying in this condo. Perfect location with a pool and many other things to do around the area.
