In addition to his PA and DE licenses, he holds a BA from Ursinus College, and a Masters in Clinical Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pa. After working with families and children in a therapeutic capacity for several years, he purchased a house in Honolulu, HI, to pursue an avid passion for surfing. There, he worked as a school guidance counselor before acquiring his real estate license with the intention of investing in real estate himself. He purchased multiple investment properties in the islands, and subsequently shared his knowledge by assisting many friends, tenants, and military members achieve their goals of home ownership/real estate investment. He strives to provide the most honest and transparent approach possible, and makes a point of keeping his clients, "in the know" long after their transactions have settled. His extensive education and practical experience in the field of clinical psychology provides a powerful advantage when he is strategizing or negotiating on your behalf. Sebastian attributes his success to his personalized approach, and his commitment to improving the caliber of agent and professionalism in the real estate industry as a whole. He holds multiple real estate designations: SRS®, SRES®, ABR®, RENE®, is consistently one of the top agents at his company, and has even ranked as high as 4th in the state. While he has helped hundreds of clients on both sides of the transaction, his real passion lies in working with family, and estate attorneys. In this sector, he uses his experience in clinical psychology and therapeutic, family-centric approach to help separating and grieving families move on with dignity. Through this lens, he strives to ensure they receive the level of attention and compassion they deserve. Additionally, he currently has a book titled, "Moving On: An Expert's Guide To Selling Your Home During a Divorce".
