🎉 Congratulations to my buyer and seller on a successful closing!
This sale is a great reminder of how important relationships and communication are in real estate.
My buyer heard through a friend—the seller's grandson—that the home might be available. He reached out to me, and I contacted the seller, who had recently moved to a retirement community after living in and loving the home for nearly 50 years.
After some conversations, we were able to come to an agreement on price and put everything in motion. Like many transactions, there were a few bumps in the road along the way, but by keeping the lines of communication open and working together, we made it to the closing table.
I'm grateful to have helped both parties through the process and to see this cherished home begin its next chapter with a new owner.
