📉 I started in 2008 during The Great Recession helping people that were on the brink of losing everything

🙍🏽‍♂️🙍🏼‍♂️🙍🏾‍♀️🙍‍♀️ Over the years I realized that when we are facing certain financial hardships and/or have special circumstances we need clarity & a proven plan.

🏙️🏘️🏚️🏡 I’ve also realized that regardless of the neighborhood we live in or our income bracket, we all need similar services to get us through the process.

✅ After years of successfully guiding people through these challenges it only makes sense that I offer a specific set of services for those that need it.

👍🏾 People need cooperation, flexibility and flexible fee structures in order to get through tough times .. and that’s what we offer.

The Upper Darby School District plans to demolish the former hospital and build a career and technical education center in its place. The new facility would serve as an extension of nearby Upper Darby High School, creating additional classroom space while giving students hands-on training for careers in the skilled trades, health care, STEM and other high demand fields.

The former Delaware County Memorial Hospital, which has sat vacant since closing in November 2022, could soon have a new purpose.

The passenger rail connecting Pottstown and Phoenixville to Philadelphia could start service by 2030.

Great time walking through Downtown
Pottstown with Hallman last week. I really like the opportunities for growth here. Shell has been part of the growth since 2018 & walked me through several buildings and introduced me to new & established business owners.

I’m old enough to remember when West Chester, Downingtown, Kennett, Phoenixville, Media & Multiple sections of Philly looked NOTHING like they do today.

So if you have a vision or believe in an area, dive into the numbers and lock in with like minded people. Let the naysayers go and focus on solutions. A decade goes by fast ✌🏾
