Help Wanted! 4 active flips going as we speak! More in the pipeline! There is no shortage of work! Need a few hard working “Jack of all trades” PM now and start almost immediately!

Pluses if you can; Paint, drywall, framing, light electrical, light plumbing, deck repair, landscaping.

- Must have reliable transportation - a truck would be a plus.
- Must have tools.
- Must be ok as a 1099 independent contractor.
- Can’t be afraid of deadlines!

Family owned company that offers opportunities to grow and move up. Employees are eligible for annual incentives, ie; trips, outings, dinners, gift cards, etc.

Applicants Should have:

RELIABLE transportation - we need you to be able to get to work everyday you’re scheduled.
Knowledge of basic tools - bring your own or we can provide what’s necessary to do the job.
Ability to do most/all home improvement type tasks anything from painting to hanging kitchen cabinets or laying tile.
Ability to lift and carry some equipment - (compressors, ladders, etc.)

This is a year round position.

Pay Starts at $10-$18+/hr **depending on knowledge and experience. We have a need for everyone several people!
