The Chester County market isn’t just moving: it’s accelerating.

Looking back at May, we saw a significant jump in activity compared to April. While inventory is growing with 926 new listings hitting the market (up from 854 in April), the pace has reached a sprint. Homes are now selling in an average of just 19 days: a sharp drop from the 26-day average we saw last month.

What does this mean for you?

For sellers, the demand remains incredibly high, and well-positioned homes are moving quickly. For buyers, while there are more options to choose from, you have to be prepared to move quickly when you find the right fit.

We did see a slight dip in the average sold price to $643,676, but the market remains remarkably strong and fast-paced across all price points.
