latest Information on our Village

The Board has been hard at work spending our money, they have found time to re-wallpaper the Board presidents's building to the cost of $3,300.00 only because he didn't like what was selected, now they are installing Video cameras in the club house, (stay tuned for the cost) while ignoring finishing a remodel project that began in November 2016, buildings 8870, 8876, 8892 & 8900 after almost a year still don't have properly installed handrails this action leaves the Association members liable for anyone who may get hurt, they have also allowed a resident to return to building 8919 when she was evicted back in December 2016 for her outrageous behavior.

Their board meeting is this Thursday 10/26 @ 6:30pm please consider attending and voicing your concerns!

Latest Review of the Board of Director's

Since January, 2017 the Association has had two different Boards operating the association, one group of Board members voted to cancel a contract that will potentially cost the members over 80,000 dollars, they also voted to reimburse an Owner 56,000 dollars for attorney's fees from his lawsuit, that two different courts ruled he was not entitled to receive. In May, 2017 a new Board was elected although many of the same remained, in the five months they have been in control they have ignored many of the issues that have been ongoing, First: they allowed a tenant to return to building 8919 who had been evicted in December, 2016. Second: they have chosen to selectively enforce rules and regulations of the documents. Third: even though they did continue the building siding, they choose to not do complete residing to 8879, 8887, 8919, 8929, 8939 & 8945 as was done to all other buildings. Fourth: they have been stalling for 5 months on completing the interior remodel of building 8870, 8876, 8929 & 8829 that began last November, although the President of the Board did manage to have his building re-wallpapered because they didn't like their first selection costing the members thousands more dollars.
