On Wednesday we finally closed on a home that was supposed to settle in April! After some title issues, and with a lot of patience and perseverance, we got to the settlement table. This is Evan and Kayla’s first home purchase and it was a ride! I’m grateful for their trust in me and the process and holding out til the not-so-bitter end. I’ve known Evan since he was 3 (!) and I’m so proud of the nice young man he has become - so grown up, getting married and buying his first home. Congrats!!! 🏡🥂🍾❤️
