PLEASE be aware to keep your home at a warm enough temp during this cold weather.

Just had a client of mine call me that their vacant neighbor has water POURING out of their garage. He has no contact info for her so I have tried multiple times to get a response from her agent that sold the house to her. NO answer....

We called the police and Aqua to get someone out to shut it off at the main and that is all we can do right now. Hopefully the water doesnt get into his home but this poor lady is now facing a huge issue. And her agent is no where to be found.

Agents, do better after the sale! And pick up the phone or answer a text when another agent is trying to help your client out.
