Questions like
“Is this a good neighborhood?”
“Are these good schools?”
“What kind of people live here?”

Buyer’s remorse became very common during the pandemic housing frenzy.

In 2021, surveys showed about 63% of buyers experienced some level of regret after purchasing a home. The biggest reason was feeling rushed during the process.

Here in Chester County, the market is still very competitive. Homes that show well and are priced right can still receive 10 or more offers.

That is exactly why preparation matters.
