📖✨ PHILLY STYLE MAGAZINE – POWER PLAYERS 2026 ✨📖
The latest issue of Philly Style Magazine has arrived, and I’m grateful to once again be included among this year’s Power Players.
This marks my second appearance in the publication and provided an opportunity to reflect on the relationships, experiences, challenges, and opportunities that have shaped both my personal and professional journey over the years.
Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to build successful businesses, work alongside incredible people, and develop lasting relationships throughout the Philadelphia region and beyond. One thing I’ve learned is that success is rarely about any one individual—it’s built through trust, consistency, accountability, hard work, and the people who support you along the way.
I appreciated the opportunity to share some of those thoughts in this feature, including my belief that reputation matters, relationships matter, faith matters, and doing the right thing still matters.
A special thank you to John Colabelli and the entire Philly Style Magazine team for continuing to spotlight business leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals throughout our region.
I’d also like to thank Phil Kramer and his son, Max Kramer, for their creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail during the photo shoot. They invested a tremendous amount of time and effort, and the finished product exceeded my expectations.
Most importantly, I am grateful for the many blessings in my life, including my faith, family, friends, clients, colleagues, referral partners, and the incredible teams at Heritage Land Transfer, Camelot Properties & Management, and Camelot Equities. Your trust, support, encouragement, and friendship over the years have made achievements like this possible.
Philadelphia and the surrounding communities have provided me with incredible opportunities, lasting friendships, and a career that I genuinely enjoy. I look forward to continuing to build relationships, support worthwhile causes, and serve the people and communities that have given so much to me.
