1. 1.5 times rent as security deposit $2550
2. 1st month rent due on move in $1700
3. Income must be 3 times the rent Yearly Income $61,200
4. Administration Fee $100
5. Application Fee per person in unit $65 per person
6. Credit Check and No Evictions in past 5 years
So, at a minimum a family of 3, income of $61,200 will have to pay $4,545 upfront to rent this house. YES! I AM SERIOUS. If you can rent this house, you can BUY your own! If this is you, let’s talk!
